Before listing a unit, please review the Rules & Regulations for Unit Sales at Hickory Hill.  A few of the more important rules are:

 

- Council must review listing before publishing

- Council must review Agreement of Sale before 3407 Resale Certificate is completed

- Buyer must sign all condo docs before 3407 is completed 

- No FOR SALE Signs are permitted on campus

- No open houses are permitted

- No Pets or animals are permitted 

- No Emotional Support Animals are permitted in the unit without prior Council approval

-A No Smoking Referendum per unit was passed in December 2017 and a Smoke Free Campus Policy created in 2025

-No trucks or commercial vehicles are permitted in the assigned parking spots. Potential buyers with trucks must park in the upper lot with permission of Council.

-No owner/investors - owner occupied ONLY. Buyer must sign attached form prior to submission of Agreement of Sale confirming that the unit will be their primary residence. Any solitary resident must be on the Deed,
